Your main tasks:

Search and attraction of new clients within the agency's operations;

Agreeing the most favorable terms of cooperation;

Development of commercial proposals and their qualitative presentation;

Conducting meetings with clients and supervising transactions;
-
Handing over projects to account managers with structured information about the client;
-
Analyzing and monitoring the market in our field;
-
Finding and developing ways to generate leads and attract additional clients;
-
Participation in specialized conferences and events, writing reports on their results;
-
Interacting with the team, briefing on technical operations, developing a strategy for launching an advertising campaign with colleagues.
Our ideal candidate:

Possesses six months or more experience in a Sales/BD manager position;
-
Proficiency in English at B2+ level;
-
Knowledge of digital or mobile marketing market will be a plus ;

Has strong communication skills and is able to build trusting relationships with clients;

Willing to achieve new results;
-
Team player;
-
Self-starter, takes responsibility for tasks.
