Key requirements:

Good understanding of mathematical statistics: you can explain the physical meaning of p-value and confidence interval, you know the conditions for the applicability of standard statistical tests.

Knowledge of marketing metrics (ROI, LTV, CTR)

Structured approach, responsibility for your own pool of tasks;

Interest in the field of marketing analytics.

Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to present results/conclusions clearly and competently and to express your thoughts.

Experience working with BI systems.

Experience working with tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, and Adjust is desirable.
Main tasks:

Analysing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Conducting and evaluating marketing tests and experiments.

Conducting research and developing data analytics tools to work with hypotheses for improvements in marketing tasks.

Uploading and analysing segments for marketing.

Building dashboards and reports for internal customers. Website and mobile app analytics.

Solving ad-hoc marketing tasks.
Would be a plus:
