Who We Need:
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support the consulting arm of our product, helping clients achieve performance goals through strategic guidance, campaign support, and actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands mobile performance marketing and can act as a trusted partner throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients during integration and launch: assisting with traffic source onboarding, tracking setup, and analytics configuration.

• Developing and testing creative strategies, including hypothesis generation and identifying winning ad formats.

• Monitoring campaign performance daily and providing clear, data-driven optimization recommendations.

• Building and implementing scaling strategies focused on performance and volume balance.

• Monitoring traffic quality and identifying fraud patterns to minimize budget losses.

• Ensuring full-cycle support: from day one of the launch to achieving aggressive growth targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile performance marketing and campaign optimization.

• Deep knowledge of MMPs (like AppsFlyer or Adjust).

• Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and user acquisition strategies.

• Hands-on experience working with in-app traffic sources (e.g., Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Moloco, Kayzen).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights and turn them into actions.

• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or other high-growth verticals is a strong plus.

• English at a working level for communication with international clients and partners.
