We are looking for a strong Account manager whose main goal will be to coordinate work with clients to ensure that objectives are met and results are improved, using analytics, high-quality communication, and interaction with the team, based on set KPIs and client requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily communication with the client and support a high level of trust.

  • Collect client goals, KPIs, and requests to correctly set tasks for the team.

  • Control the correctness of tracking, integrations, launches, and optimizations.

  • Prepare reports and reviews, explain results and plans to the client.

  • Identifying risks (declines, delays, fraud) and promptly eliminating them.

  • Initiating tests, improvements, and new approaches to enhance performance.

  • Ensuring response speed and closing requests within work processes.

  • Handling objections and retaining clients.

  • Creating conditions for budget increases and scaling for stable growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in affiliate marketing, media buying (web-based), mobile marketing, and other related fields;

  • Knowledge of the gambling/betting verticals and willingness to develop in them;

  • English language proficiency at B2+ level;

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of products in our industry, ability to reveal advantages and opportunities for clients;

  • Understanding of the technical side of the business (experience working with AppsFlyer, Adjust, and other trackers, Everflow integration systems, and affiliate program admin panels);

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers;

  • Understanding of how to build figures and KPIs and make decisions based on them;

  • Independence, responsibility for your tasks, structured thinking, ability to persuade and manage expectations.
