Responsibilities:
Reporting for external partners: preparing regular reports for advertisers and company partners
Monitoring key metrics: maintaining and updating daily statistics
Data reconciliation: conducting regular audits of figures, identifying and resolving discrepancies in reports
Marketing analysis: in-depth data analysis to identify user behavior patterns
Financial reporting: maintaining financial records based on PnL
Supporting the commercial department: performing operational calculations and providing analytical reports upon request from the commercial department
Updating methods: updating and refining calculation algorithms, plans, and creating internal analytical links between departments
Automation: creating technical specifications for developers to optimize, accelerate, and automate data collection at all stages
Cross-functional support: promptly resolving third-party tasks and requests from related company departments
What we are looking for in a candidate:
At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Knowledge of Python and BI analytics tools would be an advantage
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Experience in finance, analytics, or related fields
Structural and systems thinking
