Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients

  • Qualify leads and prepare briefs

  • Lead discovery sessions and deliver presentations across iKon production services

  • Own the negotiation process and align on commercial terms.

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate key documentation (NDA, contracts)

  • Close deals and ensure a handover to the Account team with full context transfer

  • Monitor market trends

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in selling digital, production, or marketing services

  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics

  • Understanding of the creative production process (video, banners, ad creatives)

  • Strong skills in lead qualification, needs assessment, and negotiation

  • English proficiency: B1+
