Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new clients
Qualify leads and prepare briefs
Lead discovery sessions and deliver presentations across iKon production services
Own the negotiation process and align on commercial terms.
Prepare, review, and coordinate key documentation (NDA, contracts)
Close deals and ensure a handover to the Account team with full context transfer
Monitor market trends
What we are looking for in a candidate:
2+ years of experience in selling digital, production, or marketing services
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
Understanding of the creative production process (video, banners, ad creatives)
Strong skills in lead qualification, needs assessment, and negotiation
English proficiency: B1+
