Service Delivery Manager

Grade Middle

Responsibilities:

  • Launching and managing client advertising campaigns (Moloco, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.)

  • Managing client advertising budgets and monitoring spending

  • Optimizing advertising campaigns based on key performance metrics (CPA, CPI, ROAS, etc.)

  • Daily monitoring advertising campaign results

  • Scaling successful advertising mixes and hypotheses

  • Communicating with account managers and clients on advertising campaigns

  • Preparing regular client reports and updates on advertising results

  • Testing new creatives, hypotheses, and advertising strategies

  • Monitoring the accuracy of data transfer and analytics (trackers, postbacks, statistics)

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • At least 1 year of experience in media buying/performance marketing

  • Experience launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns

  • Experience managing advertising campaigns with budgets of $20,000+ per month Source

  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Moloco, Mintegral, Unity, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (in-app platforms are an advantage)

  • Skills in analyzing performance metrics, managing advertising budgets, and testing hypotheses

  • Basic understanding of mobile and digital analytics, and the principles of advertising algorithms and auctions

  • Analytical thinking, results-oriented, attention to detail, independence, and initiative
