Responsibilities:
Launching and managing client advertising campaigns (Moloco, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.)
Managing client advertising budgets and monitoring spending
Optimizing advertising campaigns based on key performance metrics (CPA, CPI, ROAS, etc.)
Daily monitoring advertising campaign results
Scaling successful advertising mixes and hypotheses
Communicating with account managers and clients on advertising campaigns
Preparing regular client reports and updates on advertising results
Testing new creatives, hypotheses, and advertising strategies
Monitoring the accuracy of data transfer and analytics (trackers, postbacks, statistics)
What we're looking for in a candidate:
At least 1 year of experience in media buying/performance marketing
Experience launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns
Experience managing advertising campaigns with budgets of $20,000+ per month Source
Experience with advertising platforms such as Moloco, Mintegral, Unity, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (in-app platforms are an advantage)
Skills in analyzing performance metrics, managing advertising budgets, and testing hypotheses
Basic understanding of mobile and digital analytics, and the principles of advertising algorithms and auctions
Analytical thinking, results-oriented, attention to detail, independence, and initiative
